Chia Bread

Chia is a word originally from the Mayans which means “strength” and it’s because this ancient civilization already knew of the great properties of these seeds. They can be easily incorporated into any food like salads, sauces, pasta, etc.

At Bocado Bakery, we added it to one of our special formulas and we have achieved an excellent bread.

These contributions of vitamins, minerals, and fat acids help us to fight against fat and regulate body weight - they are easy to use.

Chia is known for being a great contribution of nutritional quality because it has 5 times more calcium than milk, 3 times more antioxidants than blueberries, 3 times the amount of iron than spinach. It also has double the fiber than oats; it gives us more than twice of protein than any vegetable and more potassium than bananas.
